The impact of supply chain integration from the Service‐Dominant Logic perspective: Operant resources and value generation

This paper analyzes from the perspective of Service-Dominant Logic how value is generated through supply chain integration. The inclusion together with Transaction Costs Economy and Resource Based View allows exploring ways explaining generation that have been seldom studied. In particular, role specific resources, governance form, information sharing are analyzed in Spanish mining manufacture nonmetallic mineral products industry. hypotheses tested structural equation modeling. sample size was 276 cases. findings support importance form relation-specific resources as operant well latter amplifying form's effect. Five identified: sharing, trust, relational commitment. These outline three generation.
